Interstate Judgement

I have a Florida judgement against a defendant who lives in Maryland. I know the defendants address, social security number and employer but I don't know the bank account information. Do I need an attorney to handle executing a Writ of Garnishment or can I find all the necessary documents online. Any information would be helpful. Thank you. P.S. I am thankful that someone put this together for people who don't want to give away money. D.M.

Maryland does permit transfer of a judgment, you can find it online under Maryland law Library.
