How long do you have to recover money through civil proceedings.

2 Answers I have a case of theft from my employer that I was convicted of in 2005, however the results were not satisfactory to my employer. I was advised that he could yet take civil action against me. Could you advise me as to how long he has to file civil litigaton. I plead guilty to the criminal charges and was sentenced to probation and house arrest, I believe that he has hopes of recovering his money through the civil proceedings. How long does he have to file? |

I have 5 $20 confederate certificates, 3 that are signed by ES Read. 1 that is signed by N Palmer and the other I can't read the signature. I also have a $4 signed by what looks like A Gilliam. Are they worth anything?
