How do I garnish wages in Georgia?

I am a landlord that won an eviction and judgement against my tenent. The tenent has not paid the judgement. Also I do not know where they live or work. What can I do to garnish their wages?

mabe go to the power or water co. as though you were going to pay their bill and you are their uncle or somethig that really dont know the address of the account.BE SMOOTH!
