    How do I garnish wages in Georgia?
    I am a landlord that won an eviction and judgement against my tenent. The tenent has not paid the judgement. Also I do not know where they live or work. What can I do to garnish their wages?

    Mabe go to the power or water co. as though you were going to pay their bill and you are their uncle or somethig that really don't know the address of the account.BE SMOOTH!

    Have you talked a lawyer about the situation? Because if you've already won the eviction against the tenant then I'm quite sure that's its some kind of way that you can get the money from them. Maybe it's a way that you can do it like how the IRS intercepts taxes or something. But I would get a lwayer on this one. Try to contaact the IRS too and tell them the situation because if you have the individuals information.. social security number.. etc. then you may be abl to get it that way. But good luck..
