I have a judgement against me. What can I do?

I have a judgement from a credit card company. Is there anything I can do about this issue. I'm also being threatened with another judgement by a cash advance compnay.

Thanks for any advise

If this has already gone to judgment, no, there is little or nothing you can do - and the second judgment would follow the first. When the first is paid, the second takes its place.

I am, of course, assuming all paperwork is in place, these are your debts, you were properly served, etc.

Very, very difficult (if not impossible in some cases) to get a judgment set aside.
