    I got my judgement reward what can I do now?
    Hello everyone, I just get my judgement reward on the mail today about my claimed last 2 months ago. And I went to the dependants to claimed my reward he said wait until 30 days upon the letter. Is that true that I need to wait for 30 days to collect my reward money? This is regarding to my small claim that the broker agent don't want to give my insurance deposit and I tke him to the court. Now the judgement is on my side. What do you think do I need to wait for 30 ays to collect my reward? Please guys anwer my question. Thank you everyone who help me to relieved my worriedness... :mad: :mad: :mad: :cool:

    Hello joseph:

    No, there's no waiting period. If you know where he works or banks, take your judgment to the clerk and ask for a writ of execution. Take that the sheriff's office and they'll serve it on them and you'll start collecting.

    Yeah, when I went to his business place, he said wait for 30 days did you read the court letter about the trial de novo? That's what he told me. Is he going to file a TRIAL NOVO? If not I'm going to the clerk upon your answered.
