garnishment for ex employee

Can I try to get a garnishment for an ex employee that owe our company 4k. Can I somehow go to court or something . I am the owner of our company.

You can go to court and attempt to get a judgement against your ex-employee for the $4000. Before you can attach any wages or other assets you'll ned to obtain a Writ of Garnishment.
