    Dismissal Without Prejudice - Account
    How much time does the plaintiff have until they can retry the case? My credit card comp sued me, however, they failed to prove that the account was mines.

    They can refile whenever they wish, since it was dismissed without prejudice.

    Unless they can find a way to validate the debt, they probably won't file again.

    They can refile the next day, and/or up to the time the SOL runs out on the debt
