Landlord is suing for not giving 30 days notice after lease expired. 2 months into lease house had an electrical fire. Notified lease company twice about several electrical outlet not working properly. You had to hold them at an angle to work. They did nothing. Had rentals insurance they put us (family of 6) in an apartment for 4 months while house was inhabitable and we still paid rent. Fire department report stated fire started in bathroom where they found the fan vent wasn’t grounded. Can I counter sue or what
