Small claims ct. seized bank account. Want to vacate nationwide claim checks for house repair from storm and vandalizim (can these be exempt funds?)

Need more info - Small Claims Court cannot seize anything. They can issue a ruling and the Plaintiff can then file against assets, including a bank account, but Small Claims Court cannot. They do not enforce rulings.

If it has gone this far you should have received notification minimally that there was a Judgment issued.

Have no idea what "vacate Nationwide claim checks for house repair from storm and vandalism - exempt funds" means.

But, no, in general if the money is in the bank account and it's a legal lien, yes, it can be taken by the creditor. Certain disability and retirement benefits cannot be taken but just about everything else is fair game.

Normally yes, they can take those funds, since they are your money.
