Bank account Garnishment

My 3 bank accounts are currently froze due to a judgement my question is I just received the writ of from the bank and it is not signed by a judge the as well as the court saying they only received the application for the writ of garnishment not yet heard by a judge. Im wondering if this is normal that a bank do this before a judge signs it? Im now thinking once a judge does sigh it they will once again freeze what is in there please help me to understand process. thank you
