Anyone knows Bank of America address to file a Writ of Garnishment in Arizona ?
I have received a small claims judgment against a person in Phoenix, AZ. This person works for the Bank of America and I and preparing to file a Writ of Garnishment and Summons listing B of America as the Garnishee.

Now, should I send the Writ of Garnishment to the B of A Corporate office in Charlotte, NC, or should I send it to the Head Quarter located in Phoenix, AZ ? Or, should I send it to the B of A branch where the person works at ?

    Thanks for your help.

The writ of garnishment is only valid in the state in which it is issued. So you should have the writ served on the main office of the bank in your state, perhaps with a notice that the bank employs the judgment debtor in Phoenix.
