I am being sued in small claims court
I live in Arizona and I am being sued for $10,000 because of an accident I was in 6 years ago and my insurance had lapsed. Now my license is revoked and can not be reinstated until I satisfy the judgement. I've made two offers to his attorney and her last response to my offer of $6,800 was they might garnish my wages. I am a single mom who makes $10 an hour and I really need my license back, can anybody tell me what my options are?

State Law requires that your License be suspended or not renewed until a Judgment resulting from driving uninsured is either paid in full or settled with the other side. There is no way around it - it's State Law.

Several other States follow the same practice.
