I would like to start my own business, but I don't have alot of money.

I would like to start my own small family owned business, like a family and children's 2nd hand resale and cosignment shop, but I don't have alot of money...is there any way I could get started. I'm tired of going through diffrent jobs and I want to be able to have more time w/my kids.

Write a business plan, check out assistance available with the small business admin and look into trying to start one on a part time basis, maybe weekends, fri and sat while working a regular job. remember most busineses don't show any profit for at least the first 6 months and most also even after that may have only a few break even months

Are you open to other ideas as to the type of business that you might start? If you are, then it would be helpful to know what kind of skills and work experience you have already had as well as the education and training that you might have already had. I have a number of small businesses that I run. All of them are those that I operate out of my home.
