    What are the requirements to receive a tax id for a dme business
    Hello I am trying to find out what the rules and requlations are to receive a tax id for a dme supplier buisiness. I have heard you have to have a certain amount of square footage for your business.Really want to know what I have to do first to get started with a tax id

    If you're referring to the IRS-issued federal ID number, aka the "Employer ID number", go to the IRS' main page at IRS.gov, then down on the left you'll see a link for applying for a number online. That'll lead you to some information that will help with your questions.
