    What is the going rate for office cleaning in Massachusetts?
    I have relocted from NYC to Massachusetts and I would like to know what is the going rate for commercial office cleaning in Massachusetts. 3 exam rms, 2 restrooms, waiting area, reception area.

    Cleaning rates vary all over the US. For something this small I would take your labor rate then add all your overhead and charge an hourly rate but a monthly figure.

    Overhead: taxes, supplies, equipment, advertising costs, admin, profit, etc.

    Then calculate that figure by dividing the sq ft into the total mointhly charge.
