I would like to start my own cleaning business. Basically, I was interesting in doing move in and move out with realtors or apartment. But I am not sure which type of business should I select of the the license. I have purchase a book with alot of information but I still need more help along the way.

Could someone please help me to get in right direction?

It will depend on what choses your city gives you for the business licnese, most likely it is merley janitorial and/or cleaming, normally leave it as open as possible, so you can change and do other things if needed.

This will take alot of sales, you will need to take brokers to lunch, talk to property managment groups and more.
