And for heavens sake why Los aneles Ca, they have some of the hardest enviormental laws and rules, the labor rate is going to be extreme. You really want to look into some area like MS, AL, or GA. where you can get lower wage labor, will not have the zoning issues, the enviormental discharge issues, and will be able to most likely get a building at little or no cost for several years if you provide enough jobs though an economic development coucil.

I have set up dozens of factories for many companies over the years, and I would ask have you done any economic and cost evaluatoin studies.

Also will this be roll or folding towel.

Chuck has some very good points. You really need to do a lot more homework before you start looking for someone to setup a manufacturing facility.
