Opening a pool/poker/bar in orange county

I'm tring to find some information on opening a billiards room with a bar and have about 3-4 poker tables in the back. Anyone know where I can find information on cost of liquor license, business license and information about having poker tables.
I'm in the orange county area, so hopefully the information would pertain to my area. Thank you in advance.
