Office cleaning business

I am starting office cleaning business. I have researched almost every aspect of the business. I have tried getting in touch with some buildings but unable to get in touch with the right person handling the cleaning contract. Who do you think should I ask for? Should I ask for building manager, facility supervisor? I am not sure how to go about doing this. Most often I asked to a leave message and calls are never returned.

I appreciate your suggestions.

Thanks,

Thanks,
In your typical office bldg, there might be 100 indivdual businesses, each reponsbible for their own offices, knock on their door, ask if you can be of service with their cleaning needs, get a name / and / or when that person might be in so you can talk to them, be persistent, when I sold life insurance in the 70's, I made more money when I made more calls. It's just a numbers game and you should accept rejection 'cause not everyone will be interested in your services. You are looking for those few that might need your services.
