So Im kinda in between what I should do but starting somewhere is whare I am at, in between starting my own tattoo parlor just managing it and finding artists and peircing shop or a coffee/ smoke shop in Oregon.. either way I know there is some education I need to get and I am not sure what the first step should be in the licenses and need to have to's if any of you can steer me inthe right direction I am panning toward mywon tatoo parlor.. thanks danni
