How do I start up an insurance company?

What kind of insurance company is it that you would like to start? It would be helpful to know that.

Also, in order to sell most types of insurance, normally a person would need to go through some type of training and get a license.

Have you gone through any training to become and insurance agent.

As indicated more info is needed here. By insurance company do you mean a insurance broker who sells policies underwritten by insurance companies (like you would sell Allstate auto insurance)? Or do you want to actually underwrite the policies? There are big differences between the two.
