    It depends what you're making, there is a huge difference between making a homemade batch and producing on a commercial scale. Are you looking for chemical supplies, or are you producing an "all natural" range?

    I'm not sure where you would get the ingredients in the USA (I'm in the UK) but a quick Google search of "chemical supplies for the cosmetics industry" brought up a list of worldwide suppliers - you would have to contact them directly for a quote. You'll probably have to spend ages finding the best deal.
