How Much Do I Charge on a Post Construction Clean-Up Opportunity?

I am looking to find out what to charge on a post construction clean-up opportunity. The building intels 8,400 sf of exterior glass, 775 sf of skylight glass at the top of the atrium , and 4,100 sf of interior glass at the 4 sides of the atrium. I am looking for an estamate of what to charge, the estamate should include the use of a lift and permit costs.

We charge $1.75 per pane, that is $3.50= both sides complete. That includes all sizes of windows, it averages out. This obviously includes the frames and sills.

Total those and add in the rental for the lift and any other equipment necessary. Mark the equipment up as you see fit, we add 15%.

These are for my area, Chicago, may differ in yours. Be sure to add alcohol for the weather outside.

Let me know if this helped, again the final decision on any pricing is yours.
