i want to establish a home care agency here in WA.
i want to know the step by step process and where to get necessary forms.

define home care.

do u mean cleaning homes?

or do u mean assisted care?

two dif fields. ONE regulated, one not

if assisted care, the state dept of health regulates that.
and so does the county.
