early lease termination

i have rented a beauty room at the local gym some 8 months ago on a 3 month lease.the gym has little patronage,i cant even cover my rent each week,i now have learned i have a terminal illness can i terminate the lease early due to these circumstances?

I knew a linda hastings from Pittsburgh years ago.
You would have to see how the lease is worded for getting out of leases.
Maybe there is a medical clause or something. If what you are doing at the gym effects your medical condition in a bad way maybe a doctors report might help. (I don't know quite what a beauty room is)

If it was a 3 month lease, and if the lease didn't contain automatic renewals, then you've become a month-to-month tenant and you should be able to terminate the lease with 30 days written notice.

Some leases require that you give more notice when terminating so you will need to carefully read your lease to be sure.
