cookie business

Hi all,

I want to start a business making cookies. I have all kinds of flavors in mind. I want to know, when you start a business like this, do you have to create your own recipes to use? Can you use recipes from cookbooks, internet, etc to sell in a business. Is that stealing? I love to bake (thats why I chose this). But, I have never made up a baking recipe on my own.
Thanks for the help

It isnt stealing if you use recipes from any source, thats why they are put out there, for people to use.

you can use recipes out of a cook book although you must change the name as this would be copyright. for example, there are many different types of chocolate chip cookies in the world exept they all have different names
