commercial cleaning

my wife and i are starting a commercial cleaning business and already have 2 prospective contracts on the work. We are havin pricing issue. Can someone advice us on how to price. We live in the metro Atlanta area. The contract is for 50.000sq club and its open 4 days a week, the club closes at 6am. Also another one is for 5.000sq restaurant that is converted into a club on weekends. i need this quote by tomorrow
