When asking about sub-contracting, are you meaning that the sub-contractor would be being paid by someone else who is the main person getting paid for the cleaning?

It would help to know the location/region as to where the cleaning will be done in order to give you the best ballpark figure since the price will vary greatly from place to place. Also, will the person doing the cleaning have to be providing any of there own supplies? And, will there be any maintenance on a frequent, regular basis such as the buffing and waxing of floors.

Around where I live, and if most of the supplies are not being supplied by the office or home, and the cleaning person is being sent out by a company that gives jobs to people, it would cost around $23.00 to $25.00 per hour. If someone is working on their own by being self-employed, they might charge anywhere from around $11.00 to $15.00 per hour and the home or office would be providing them with most of the supplies.
