average price per sq feet

hello,
I have employement agency that provide labour for manufacturing and construction businesees.
Recentrly i was asked to quote post construction cleaning for custom build houses (from 1 to 3 m dollars).
Please let me know what is the average price per sq feet, bathroom, etc.
How to price it properly?

Are you a licensed employment agency? That is the first question that needs to be answered here.

It would help to know the approximate location where the jobs are taking place in order to give you even a ball park figure here. What you will charge and pay out will vary greatly, depending on the location. Since you are the one employing people, you will also be wanting to profit from the jobs performed due to the hiring of people to perform them.

Yes, I am a licences employment agency with all insurances involved.
I am located in Toronto , Ontario, Canada.
I target big builders and small custome homes and want to expand my business to this area.
Please help me to figure our the quote in this field.
