    Your skin lightening regime
    Hey, guys!

What is your current skin lightening regime? And what results do you want to achieve?

What do you cleanse, treat and moisturise with? Whatever it is, post it to let us all know! ;)

I am currently trying to achieve even toned skin.

    My current skin lightening regime:

Cleanse day and night and remove make up with Diana Stalder's black soap.

Exfoliate day and night with orange peel powder.

Treat uneven skin twice a day with Bio claire crème and lotion.

Moisturise with Palmers olive oil butter.

Moisturise at night with a small amount of extra virgin olive oil, I apply it onto damp skin.

I do a weekly mask of aspirin mask to help keep spots at bay.

I'm hopefully going to be trying Vitamin B3 powder as a mask to replace the aspirin mask I use.

    :)

I have only used Pears soap for years to wash my face at night. Don't have spots at 65 and like you, enjoy the olive oil as a moisturizer (use it as hot oil on my hair twice a month with hot towels).

I think you are overdoing your regime and as you get older you may realize why.

Those of us who have good genes don't need a lot of help, just soap and water and moisturizer.

    Hey, tickle.
I used to use pears soap before but didn't really help my skin.
I have summed up my regime this way:
Cleanse, exfoliate, treat problematic areas and moisturise. And a weekly mask. I have found what suits my skin :) :)

I exfoliate from time to time with St.Ives Apricot scrub. I have used it for years and it suits my skin.

By the way, your post topic was very good. I hope it turns out to be a pretty good thread here.

My regime and products changes depending on the condition of my skin , but here goes
I wash my skin in the morning using lemon soap and exfoliate with clean and clear black head scrub
I moisturise with clear essence body milk with sun screen (previously bio clair)
I repeat this regime at night excluding the sun screen and three times a week I use orange peel, lemon and egg white to make a natural face mask.
I often alternate using a vitamin C scrub

I'd say about 2. But not sure to be honest. But what I know for sure is that it has lightened me, not too much though.
