Is Women of Color Brightening Lotion good

I use PROACTIV facial cleasning products and very very pleased. However, I just learned that they discontinued their skin lightening lotion - which is/was very good. Please advise what product is comparable to this product or ... if the Women of Color Brightening Lotion good?
