Vitamin C

hi,
any one know if Vitamin C alone lightens the skin?....if yes when the results can be seen? and wot abt the dosage?

Please be careful when taking any vitamins for anything other than health reasons. Some vitamins can be toxic if taken in great amounts.

You wont see much of a difference. Probably a brighter complexion. Using something topical would be more effective.

ok!question to J 9 wot if people r taking high dosage of Vitamin C with Glutathione to lighten their skin......it will have the same effect or wot I mean vitamin C in high Dosage? coz u said it could be toxic
