Okay so ordered a monobenzone and have been using it for about three days now. I am half italian/hispanic and have fairly light skin already with an olive undertone. I got a tan and was intending to use the cream to take away my and make me really pale(which is what I want) However I got really scared upon reading a side effect many people suffered from in which after stopping the use of the cream their skin actually became much darker. I'm very scared that this will happen to me. In just the three days of use my skin is already much much lighter, and I don't plan to use this cream anymore. Will my skin get darker than before if I stop? Please someone help!!

You've only used it for 3 days. Stop using it and be smart. If you don't want to be dark, stay out of the sun or use sunblock.

I also got my cream in the mail last week. When I read my old notes I thought I ordered from the same place before in 2009 but I guess I didn't because the smell is different. I'm going on week 2. I've been using the cream only on my hands. No change as of yet. Where did you order your cream from?

I seriously doubt that the cream you are using is true monobenzone, if you are seeing changes in three days. Monobenzone takes months even years before you see any results. Please be careful cause your cream might contain some sort of steroid or mercury. Good luck.
