skin whitening cream

I have only recently started using dr stillmans whitening bleach cream and have noted a change in my complexion, at the same time one of my friends recommended me the arche pearl cream which suppose to also whiten your skin.
i have used this ache cream twice only now so i havent seen any clinical difference in my skin color as i have only started using it. my problem is that i also use the dr stillmans formula and variate my days with the ache cream. i would like to know if these creams have any side effects if i continue to use them specially on variable level? and if there are any other safer and as good as these whitening creams out in the market for my skin....i am Indian so have dark skin but want to go couple of shades lighter. so please if any one knows the answer to my questions i would really appreciate your guidance and help.

please someone reply to me as soon as possible becoz am getting frustrated about this.
thanks
Anu

I have used both Stillman's and Arche but it did not really help me even out my skin tone. Also I'm not too sure about Stillman's as they have no ingredients listed? So who knows what it contains!
Many people on the skin lightening forum have achieved good results with using products that contain Kojic acid (which is safe). Diana Stalder is a good brand.

Hello ladies!

Im a bit late to reply to this lol but was browing and came across this page and just had to comment. The formula you listed above isnt working cause you dont have all the required ingredients! Im a professional makeup artist of brazillan decent and ive worked with all sorts of people from the regulars to the t.v faces. Have been watching the middle eatren and south indian pros using this for years now!

The formula of the cream being discussed above, the right quantity is, 1 stillmans (green pack), 2 arches, half a tube of betnovate, and 2 spoons of any rich thick moisterizer, and 2 capsules of any vitamin. I have several south asian skin and makeup artists I have worked with, and this is the formula they use. It is suggested that you use a small amount on your face one week straight before bed, and then take 2-3 days off, and continue this cycle. Once you have required the desired skin, use only 2-3 days a week to maintain the complexion. Also, its strongly advised that this formula be stored in you fridge.

And lastly use sunscreen! doesnt matter if your dark skinned or faired, south asian women somehow seem to think that they dont need sunscreen as much, and that is not true! even if your trying to tan and stay dark, use tanners and makeup even with spfs. never never leave the house without sunscreen, its probably going to be your best beauty investment!

As for teh safetly and ingredients, ill say dont worry too much about it, the chemical peels and procedures your dermatologists and self claimed skin brands sell to you arent any safer! Any questions hit me up at [email address]

Regards!
