As Golden Girl said they don't work at all. Many people also posted the same similar question. Its really waste of money, and taking pills aspecially not first aproved by your doctor or certified beforehand could be potential dangerous.

All glutatione pills will not work to make a person lighter because the glutathione are broken down in the GI tract in the body and very little is absorbed through the blood stream. In order to have the side effect of lightened skin from glutathione, the body would need to have absorbed ample amounts of glutathione in order to have lightened skin. Some of the members here who have taken them religiously also had mentioned the waisted time and money spent and how their skin did not lighten.

Please take the time to read the articles and scientific studies listed below that has clearly explained why No glutathione pills, capsules, sprays, and any other taken orally will not work. No matter how many of the pills you take and no matter how many vitamin c or anyother vitamin will not help with the absorption of glutathione. So if you do decide to try them, no lightening will occur but the choice is yours:

Thx Golden girl for replying, But i have heard from so many people who have used Glutathione pills and they have achieved 2-3 shades lighter complexion. But i think we should take proper doses with proper vitamin than we can achieve desire complexion (only 2-3 shades ligher). Only Gluthione reduced and vitamin C dont work, we have to take besides these ALA, grapes seed extract and vitamin E too than we can achieve 2-3 shades lighter skin.

That's why I had given you the links (that were unread) to the studies that many scientists have tested and why doctors do not supply patients suffering from parkinsons, HIV, and autism with oral glutathione (along w/ vitamins and also taken in high doses, the gluta was only excreted in their urine).

But, the choice is yours and you have the right to spend money on expensive sugar pills and try it out, but it still will not work regardless. People who have said that they have achieved 2-3 shades lighter complexion from glutathione pills are either using other means to lighten their skin as well or not telling you the truth.

I was actually gonna say as well, that as you seem to have already obtained info from these other people, that really you should be questioning them further if they have stated they are getting results.

I would have to agree that it is most probable that they are doing something in addition to the pills.
