skin lightening

G'day! I've been taking metathione (500mg) for four months now and i've seen great results on my skin & my immune system too. Would just like to ask, for how long will i be taking this pill & do i have to take vitamin C too? Thanks & more powers!

unfortunately to maintain the results you must continue to take the pills because the results are not permanent.......... be careful with the vit c.... it may make you darker.... if what you are using is working stick to it...... but you mayy want to consider trying a melanin inhibitor.... like kojic acid.... combined with low concentration arbutin....... 2-5%...........
