Post celeb pics of your original skin tone and your goal

I think this will be good to let us know where everyone's starting point is, and what race everyone is. Seeing as how different races and skin tones get different results with different products. Also if you can, list what products you've had positive experiences with.

Movate lightened me a lot but I truly regret it. It's left scars all over my face that are still fading away. It's not nearly as bad. And I hope by this time next year I won't have to wear make up anymore. STAY AWAY FROM MOVATE AND FASHION FAIR. Yes you get results. But.... It's not worth the cons. And of course. Christaline has helped me lighten several shades as you all already know. Hydroquinoe (sorry if I spelled it wrong), did nothing for me. Which sucks because I guess people get a lot of results from it. But I think I have an allergy to it. It just makes me red and breaks me out and dries out my skin and peels my skin. Oh and I like ambi complexion clearing soap.

AND so sexy, I googled it. And they ARE pills. But do those pills really work? Some people say that those pills work and some say that they don't. I'm skeptical of Model UK. Could she be an advertiser? She's only had 3 posts and she seems like she may be pushing these pills that others have already said don't work.... O.o
I know right?! lol!

Look back at all the threads in the skin lightening forum. There are numerous discussions on the christaline you'll get all the info you need. Trust me. Many others have tried it also, It worked for some and didn't work for others. Love that skin color on janet by the way. what's ur color now?

fair .. its all right... most of hte skin lightening men are usual gay/ bisexual or bicurious metrosexuals..

these are the ones who are the vain ones......

so i guess thats why you have an effiminate name

Comments on this post
Golden_Girl disagrees: that's not always true. some guys lighten for various reasons, does not always mean of their sexual preferance. Besides the word "fair" is both masculine and feminine. I just always assume it's mostly women here. I thought you were female b4 too

You know the more I look at these photos, the more I realize that I just want to be ONE color (or two at most!!)

I wouldn't even care what shade it was.

All of these ladies look so great (whether it's from skin care, clever make-up, or photoshop). sigh.

Hopefully one day I'll be free from this calico arse mess I've gotten myself into.

Aruama I believe you can quickly lighten to Solange's complexion then.

Eggo that's great that just using the glycolic peels and F&F Soho parfait help to lighten and even your skin. How many glycolc peels a week?

L Gluthahione Health Aid sounds like pills. 2 years ago I remember being so excited about hearing glutathione could lighten the whole body so well...until I continuously searched for results from people on several different forums and could not find one. Many posting on all of the months or a year of digesting those pills and so much money they spent for nothing. Even taking large doses of vitamin c and other minerals and vitamins could not help the digestion of glutathione when taken orally. So, I lost interest in buying them as I now tend to notice too often that the only ones boasting about how much lighter that stuff can make you 9/10 comes from sellers, their web sites, and false claims of testimonials.

Then I decided to read through google scholar and search for the clinical trials, laboratory tests doen in vitro and in vivo, scientists' and doctors' documented evidence, and, patented information and they all have proven the same thing. That glutathione is poorly abbsorbed in the blood stream because most of it is broken down in the GI tract and the body would need to produce ample of amounts of glutathione in order to have the side effect for lightened skin. And the only successful ways for this that can be possible is though injection given by the doctor to their patients or for the body to produce more of it's own though digestion of cysteine (L-cystein) in it's reduced form. Glutathione is a tripeptide consisting of glutamate, glycine and cysteine. The digestion of l-cystein along with vitamin C will help the body to produce more glutathione. And then therefore possibly achieve the side effect of lightened skin, and then later maintain a dosage to keep the acheived effects. But unfortunately theres still a ketch, too much cystein can be toxic and maybe even fatal to the body. And I now rather have a health professional to do the injections for me with genuine l-glutathione, which I doubt will ever happen. Dessaml gave valid reasons why to avoid any shady injections from second-hand vendors...for all we know it could just be toilet water :s.

...so I rather listen to documented and proven evidence from doctors, scientists, and those who took those glutationed pills with no success than listening to sellers that periodically popping up trying to get a sell.
