I placed an order for monobenzone at MONOBENZONE.NET on December 1st 2008 and never received my order. I have sent them several emails asking for my order, and they've not responded. So I went on a different email account, and sent them an email posing as a person wanting to buy monobenzone - and they responded to it! This fraud company is outrageous, and I am willing to show anyone my paypal recipt and the countless emails I've sent to getting no response from them. DO NOT purchase anything from this company! Please research a LEGIT monobenzone source instead of investing your hard earned money into these scammers bank accounts!

I cant tell you how freaked I feel but MONOBENZONE.NET cheated me too..
I purchased a packet of mono in the month of OCtober 2008 and it never came to me.
They kept telling me to wait.. then i waited .. then later when i filed a dispute with Paypal they say now since its more than 45 days the case has been closed. so we cant do anything.
They told me that if there are other complainants about this site.. then they could open up a case against them.
Well case or not.. I HAVE BEEN DUPED BIG TIME.......

i have used form .net and had no problems with them, i asked about their delays and they said they had a shortage of mono, this company has helped many people to achieve their desired color and if you used pay pal i am sure you got a refund, so you should not bash a company that is trying to help people achieve the change they desperately desire.
Many people? That would be shocking, since I've read that many people had problems with them. Maybe you are a friend of someone that works at that scam company (maybe), but if you're not then maybe they're sending mono to certain customers and scamming other buyers.
By the way, they scammed me, and only refunded me because they didn't want to get in trouble - so I'm helping others from getting scammed by posting my story. How is that bashing them?? It makes no sense to say I'm bashing a company that scams people.
a scam is when you are dupped out of your money as YOU previously stated YOU GOT A REFUND , so how where you scammed. I ue]se their products and i sware by them period, good luck with your whitening

Hey mepk5 .. yeah i will do that .. but the freakin .net guys dont even pick up the calls no more.. its pissing to the coreeeee.... and paypal asked me to find someone to file a case against this company
I thought mono.net was closed because people werent receiving their products. I asked them whats the deal on that..they said that since .net is shipping from canada the customs where seizing the products and destroying them. I recently just ordered 20% hydroquinone and its going to be shipped tuesday. Now they are shpping throw register mail now, according to Amanda. I will be tell yo guys abouts my order and how it goes.
Oh is it that the product is getting caught in the customs near Canada itself and getting destroyed..
Well after months of sending them messages they have finally seemed to respond a little.. Got a reply by email where they stated they would resend me another package.. but i have to pay the courier charges...
I hope this one will come thru else i will have to waste so much money again just for courier and not get it then .. .... that would be so upsetting.. I guess they dont realise how much people are saving to buy all these products and how it hurts when they dont receive them....

They are messaging me saying they wish to help me and first the lady said I will need to send them the courier charges and they would send me the product.
Now they are saying that I have to pay courier charges nad the product charge agian ..
Why should i pay again? I have paid once and it was a lot of money. I dont care if they dont think so... For me its a lot of savings.
