Looking for safe strong skin bleach

I am going to go see a dermatologist, but I wanted to do some research on my own about the most effective, safest, skin-bleaching creams/treatment on the market. I plan to go several shades lighter; hence the request for the "most effective."

Stella

Hi Lighterr - I have been reading your results and seen that you've lightened 5-6 shades which is great - would you mind emailing me where you got them from? Ive seen a couple of places online but i wanted to get feedback on them to see if anyone has heard from them...

If your looking to lighten your skin tone a few shades, then mono will be too strong as it is a depigmenting agent. It may lighten along with white spots which lacks melanin will eventually appear. Wnad when your skin may repig, it may repig unevenly. So it is good to study as much as you can about it first and ask other's who have used mono about their journeys first before you start using. For a few shades you can achieve this with milder lighteners that others are using.
