Thanks for the list mercury is in so many everyday things that people don't even think about. It is good to know exactly what to watch for.

Yeah, we should stay far away from that mess!

I'm still learning about Hydroquinone. Personally, I'm beginning to think that it maybe ok in not so large doses and temporary and then switch to something else...but that would be a last resort thing. Even dermatologists prescribe it, as long as it isn't abused.
