As far as what is being offered on Makingcosmetics.com yes it's the same.
They used to call it Sepiwhite on the site but changed it to Skinwhite MSH.

Sepiwhite and Undecylenoyl phenylalanine are the same ingredient.

I just buy the cream that has the ingredient in it I have not purchased
To mix a cream up myself.

I was considering to eventually purchase the SkinWhite from Making Cosmetics and use their sample formula on making a skin lightener crème. Because when I did the search on the name "Undecylenoyl Phenylalanine", I would have results for both sepiwhite and wkinwhite to come up. I never mixed my own formula before so I would have to really study and purchase anything else needed to make it or add it to my lotion. I think it's like 2% should be added.

Because if it works, this would be a good investment to just purchase my own skin lightening active ingredients and mix it myself, instead of purchasing for high prices. Because my goal is to lighten my whole body before the year ends.

I'm thinking of doing the same thing. I haven't tried to lighten before, and I just can't see myself paying $100.00 for a little bottle of product for the rest of my life, but I only want to use something natural and safe so this seems like my only option.

Let's not settle, as I'm sure the body can lighten effectively and safely without the use of 4oz jar of crème... even if it means learning to formulate your own, imagine how many 4oz jars we can make with a $100. Don't worry, it isn't the only option. Although options are slim, options are still available.

Problem is, that most people haven't had luck mixing it themselves from what I've read. Another option... The Oil of Olay Definity Spot Treatment and Oil of Olay Pro-X Concentrate Spot Treatment both contain Sepiwhite. The reviews on it are pretty good saying it works in about a week on brown spots but the tubes are really small (spot treatment) and I need a body treament. So I'm also thinking of buying a couple of tubes of the concentrate (which is cheaper on Amazon and has free shipping) and mixing it with the Pro-X lotion which contains a Glucosamine Complex and SPF 30 or the Definity Lotion which contains Niacinamide and a Glucosamine Complex but only has a SPF of 15. Do you all have any suggestions for any other lotions I could mix it with as well. BTW, HQ broke me out when I attempted to use it as a spot treatment so that's not an option for me.

Interesting idea. Just check to make sure ingredients in both products are not able to cancel each other out, this can be checked by asking some of the places who sell skin care active ingredients.

Have you tried the Olay spot product yet? I know that spiwhite is known to tolerate blwnding with other lightening agents. Other lightening agents such as alpha arbutin, kojic acid, bearberry, mulberry root, licorice, etc. Alpha arbutin most likely can be mixed easily into your skin product without much hassle. And check to see how much exfoliants the product contains such as lactic acid &/or glycolic acid, or if you use retin-a in it make sure the product is fre from glycolic acid since they both cancel each other out when together.

hi, golden_girl. I've used skinwhite. I bought the soaps and lotions. Sad to say it didn't lighten me. It just made my skin smoother. I didn't mix it with anything though. Never tried sepiwhite.

I bought fair and flawless which boasted sepwhite as one of their active ingredients. I spent hundreds and even got a custom order, it was a total waste. I was so upset I wasted my money. It didn't even maintain what I already achieved.
