hello, i am 16 years old and my skin color is a fair complexion, not that dark and not that light, except for the area around my lips to my chin!! i already tried bleaching with sally hansen bleach for facial hairs but after 3-4 days it went back to the dark color around the upper lip, around the lip to the chin!! so now my face is light with this dark area!!! please help me!! thank you very much!!!

You should talk to a dermatologist about skin lightening in that area. They will be able to give you the best option

I guess that sally hansen bleach had hydroquine in it. Playing with hydroquine is like playing with fire. I advise you to try Black Opal.
