When you guys used the kojic soap for the first week did it make your skin a little red? Also my skin doesn't peel does that mean its not working correctly?

Yes it made my skin red and after a few weeks I began peeling.

Did you use the soap everyday? Also how long did it take for the redness to fade away?

Yes I used the soap and creme twice a day. My skin then became really sore and red so I gave my skin a break for a week, then continued using it. Had no redness after that.
