1. AVOID MUCH MAKE UP ON YOUR NOSE, AVOID MUCH CONCEALER OR PRODUCT THAT CAN MASK YOUR SKIN THERE.........this will help your spot area to respire more and will help it go.

2. While retiring APPLY SOME MIOSTURISERS IN GOOD AMOUNT TO YOUR SKIN ALOGNWITH YOUR SPOT AREA.........this will increase cirulation in that are and will help it go.


3. BE careful IF OU HAVE POPED IT OUT yourself OR IT WENT OFF ITSELF....DON'T TOUCH IT MORE.......this will help it heal and disapear for it won't get contaminated.


4. LAST BUT NOT THE LEAST, THERE IS NATURAL PROCESS OF HEALING ......SO THE SKIN WILL REPAIR ITSELF AND IT WILL TAKE LESS TIME.

Remember proper miosturising and proper cleansing of skin and spotty are is very very essential to get rid of it.
