Hi

I want to know if anyone can tell me if bodyworks carry any products which will help attaining a brighter and smoother skin. I have tan skin and would like to have a even tone skin. My face, arms and feet are darker compare to my body. I do lots of swimming and don't have a good skin regime to follow. Please tell me what is good for my face and body. I use bodyshop and bath and body produts. Please tell me what diet is good and what skin regime I should be following.
