Active White L-glutathione Dosage

As i have have a pale yellow skin, i was wondering if you could advise me of how much of the ACTIVE WHITE L-GLUTATHIONE pill i should take.

with same to twice the dosage pf vitamin C

hi again, just wondering as a first time buyer what dosage volume should i take of the ACTIVE WHITE L-GLUTATHIONE pillls and Vit C as i have pale yellow skin.

1 cap of active white, 1tab of 1000mg vit c, 1softgel of vit e 400iu. 1-3x a day =)

thought vitamic e with l glutathaoine can cause pimples as i have read, I am about to start the whitening pills and i am confused please help

at least 1000 mg glutathione should be taken for maximum lightening with 2000 mg vit. c. however, i only use 500 mg glutathione with 1000 mg vitamin c coz i've been taking gluta for almost 2 years already and i've had injections too in the past. i only double the dosage for a short period of time when i feel i've been exposed to the sun for an extended period.

jacki have u tried dr james l glutathione pills? if so has it worked? how long did it take to see results? do i hve to take vitimin c tablets to see results. Can i just drink orange jiuce instead
