I dont know how we could possibly tell you if your product is genuine or not. I am assuming 'Active' is the product name and in my search I did see Dr. James connected with this product. If this tells you anything, its the best I can do.

If you bought it on line it is touch and go isnt it? I mean you never know what you get as opposed to buying in a drug store or health food store where you can see whats available and read the labels for authenticity.

There is a new packaging for Active white coz there are tons of fake Active White being sold. The new packaging has an embossed name on the box. The pills are dark orange instead of pink and blue which is the old one and is being copied. The new one has an expiration date of 2012 instead of 2011. The foil inside is not super shiny, more like a matte foil and it is almost square in shape with no extra flaps on the side which would look more like rectangular. Hope this will help as I use Active White also. ^_^
