acne scars

I have acne on my butt! yeah I know it's gross and it leaves black marks on my behind. I need to get rid of them and fast. Please anyone, Help!

Laser surgery will work.I,ve had it done on my face twice and it gives you the skin of a newborn.I do it once a year to help remove the sun damage I get from fishing in the summer.It costs about 500.00 a treatment,but is well worth it.
