Zits I guess acne on my butt? how do I keep it clear?

I have like zits or red bumps on my behind and i clean it right when i was and i have tried face wash i know werid but im not sure how to keep it clear? any ideas?

You a combination of lemon and honey as a rub, prior to showering. Mix 1/2 fresh lemon and 2 Table spoon honey. Allow to set on area fo 10 minutes and wash as normal.
Your sweat glands are clotted.
