Is vitamin B causing my pimples?
    Hey guys!
Well I'm 16-years old and have started to get a few pimples on my forehead a few months ago and it seems to not be getting any better. I initially thought it might be my lancome foundation so I swihched to clinique and I also started using a clinique face wash. But what struck me as odd was the fact that ever since I started using berocca performance each morning I have startd to get these pimples on my forehead. Now I'm starting to think that it might be the fact that my body has too much vitamin B from the berocca and maybe that's the cause?

    >I know I'm going through puberty, but I ve strted to get them now.

Have you tried to stop taking vitamin b for a week and see how your skin feels?

I'm not sure to be honest. I'm also taking vitamin B complex but my skin is fine. Plus vitamin b is meant to be good for the skin so I'm not really sure why you're getting pimples hun.

Vitamin B5 is said to be one of the best vitamins for the skin, but if you think that's what's causing it, then stop using it for a week or two and see how your skin reacts. Finding the cause of your acne is a lot of trial and error.
